Maison–Gutowski aims to create products whose ambition lies simply in their quality: a rosé wine with a base of pleasure for lovers of good taste, simply wishing to indulge themselves. Maison Gutowski is a work of passion from Franco-Swiss entrepreneur Aline Gutowski, who released her first vintage in 2016.

It was by traveling throughout Provence and researching for several years the method to create the most beautiful expression of rosé that M–G Rosé Grande Cuvée was born. Provence is the oldest of French vineyards and rosé is the oldest known wine. It was therefore necessary to select the best grapes varieties for the production of a rose of the highest quality, to highlight this heritage.

Maison–Gutowski wanted to benefit from the diversity of Provence soils thanks to the formation of the Massif des Maures. The shale soil brings all the strength and minerality of the terroir, the clay-limestone reveals all the freshness, the expression of the fruit and the elegance of the South.

Once harvested, the grapes are delicately pressed as quickly as possible with a pneumatic press, which avoids any skin extraction. This allows you to obtain a crystalline juice, revealing the purest aromas while avoiding any bitterness.

Stainless steel vats allow the notes of vine peach and small red berries to express themselves. Malolactic fermentations are blocked in order to maintain fine acidity and obtain a straight wine with elegance and finesse.

Maison–Gutowski’s wines are complex and elegant with floral, peach and red berry aromas, accompanied by a beautiful minerality as well as long and delicate finish.
